1. Data controller

The data controller is AhoraVeo ([company name and tax ID pending], [registered address pending]). Contact: hola@ahoraveo.es.

2. What data we process

Contact details (name, mobile and email) you give us in our forms; financial details you choose to enter in the calculator or analyser (income, debts, payment history, uploaded reports); and technical browsing data.

3. How your data is used

Your details are given on the understanding that we may share them with Equifax, Experian and the Bank of Spain to access your credit files, retrieve that data and display it to you.

That data may then be shared with Simply Legal SL and Deudafix Reparadora Legal Services Group SL so that they can advise you on claims you qualify to make against your creditors, or on whether you qualify for the Second Chance Law (Ley de Segunda Oportunidad).

4. Purposes and legal basis

Providing the service you request (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, art. 6.1.b GDPR); answering your enquiries (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f); and, only if you agree, sending you communications (consent, art. 6.1.a).

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you and we do not sell your data.

5. AI analysis

When you use the analyser, the text or file you send is processed by an artificial intelligence provider acting as data processor, only to return your result. The report is not kept once the answer is generated. We recommend hiding details that aren't needed, such as your ID number or full account numbers.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and then, blocked, for the legal limitation periods.

7. Recipients and transfers

The organisations listed in section 3 and technology providers that serve us (hosting, artificial intelligence) under data processing agreements. Where any is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on European Commission standard contractual clauses or another adequate safeguard.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@ahoraveo.es with a copy of your ID. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
