General subscription conditions

Last updated: 28 September 2026

1. Service provider

The AhoraVeo subscription service is provided by AhoraVeo ([company name and tax ID pending], [registered address pending]). Contact: hola@ahoraveo.es. These conditions apply together with the Terms of use and the Privacy policy, and are governed by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Royal Decree-law 19/2018 on payment services.

2. What the service includes

The subscription includes: access to updated credit reports and the AhoraVeo score estimate; management of requests to remove data from debt registers (ASNEF, Badexcug and similar) where the listing is unlawful; and management of claims against creditors, banks and lenders.

The credit score and report analysis are estimates, not official bureau scores or reports. Guides are for information only and are not legal or financial advice.

AhoraVeo does not guarantee the removal of any entry or the outcome of any claim, which depend on third parties (creditors, register holders, authorities and courts).

3. Price

Monthly fee: €4.99 per month, plus applicable taxes (VAT), shown separately before you confirm.

Free trial: the subscription includes a free period of at least 14 days. So that every charge falls on the 1st of the month, the free period runs until the 1st of the month after those 14 days end, so it can last between 14 and about 44 days. No charge is made during the trial.

AhoraVeo may change the price by giving at least 30 days' notice by email. If you do not agree, you may cancel free of charge before the new price applies.

4. When payments are taken

First payment: on the 1st of the month after the 14-day trial ends. This date is shown on the payment page before you subscribe.

Following payments: on the 1st of every month, monthly in advance, for as long as the subscription is active.

You will receive an email receipt for every payment. There is no sign-up fee, minimum term or penalty.

5. Recurring payment authority (continuous payment authority)

By subscribing, you expressly authorise AhoraVeo, through its payment provider Stripe, to securely store the debit or credit card (or other payment method) you provide and to charge it on a recurring basis for the monthly fee and applicable taxes on the dates set out in clause 4, without a new authorisation for each payment.

This authority remains in force until you withdraw it. You may withdraw it at any time by cancelling the subscription (clause 7) or by emailing hola@ahoraveo.es. Withdrawal stops future payments but does not affect amounts already due.

If you update or replace your card, the authority extends to the new payment method. AhoraVeo does not store your full card number: Stripe handles it under the PCI-DSS standard.

Under Royal Decree-law 19/2018, you may ask your bank to refund an unauthorised or incorrect payment within the legal time limits.

6. Failed payments

If a payment cannot be taken, we will notify you by email and retry it over the following days. You can update your payment method or ask for the payment to be retried. If the amount remains unpaid, AhoraVeo may suspend or cancel the subscription. An unpaid fee will never be reported to a debt register without meeting the requirements of article 20 of the Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).

7. Term and cancellation

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically on the 1st of each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing hola@ahoraveo.es or calling 919 234 234.

If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel afterwards, the service remains active until the end of the month already paid and no further payments are taken. Partial months are not refunded, except as set out in clause 8.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from subscribing to withdraw without giving a reason, under articles 102 onwards of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. To do so, notify hola@ahoraveo.es. If you asked for the service to start within that period and a payment has already been taken, you will be refunded the proportion for the service not provided within 14 days, using the same payment method.

9. Subscriber obligations

You agree to provide accurate details, keep your payment method and email up to date, and provide the documents needed to handle your requests and claims.

10. Data protection

Subscription and payment data are processed to perform the contract, as set out in our Privacy policy. Card details are processed by Stripe as data processor.

11. Complaints and governing law

You can send any complaint to hola@ahoraveo.es; official complaint forms are available on request. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). These conditions are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
